Coaching Programs
Paradigma Solutions has a strong public coaching program aimed at business and project managers and other high potential staff.
The Public Program consists of a program that lasts for 6 months, and has a cohort of 12 – 15 managers or high potential staff. Each cohort undertakes the following activities:
- 2 workshops, one at the beginning of the program, and one at the end
- Conduct of a LSI (Life Styles Inventory from Human Synergistics) diagnostic tool to commence coaching for each participant
- Debrief for each participant
- Two individual coaching sessions with a high performance coach
Additional coaching sessions can be purchased if required.
