    This is a practical, hands-on 2-day session focusing on interpersonal skills required for successful projects. It is packed FULL of tools and information for those in key project positions, and will equip participants with ready-to-use techniques that can be used on their projects IMMEDIATELY!

    The following skill areas are addressed in the workshop:

    Leadership – Team management and motivation – communication & stakeholder management – effective decision making – Political & cultural awareness – Negotiation & conflict resolution – Performance management & appraisals ­– Self-development for the project professional

    Program and Project Managers, Team Leads, Functional Managers, Site Supervisors, Project Leads with staff responsibilities, Project Owners/ Business Project Managers

    Note for those studying for PM credentials:
    While this is a non-accredited course, it dovetails with accredited PM courses (Cert IV & Diploma). Topics covered include those required by PMI for PMP & CAPM accreditation, and AIPM for CPPM.
