Good communications are essential to successful workplace interactions, for individuals, teams and their organisations. This practical course deals with the various types of communications that are used in an organisation and discusses what type of communication is effective, and in what circumstances.
This is a practical and interactive course, including video-filming to assist participants in the delivery of material during the course. There is also a specific section dedicated to emails and the things to be aware of when communicating via email at work.
