Paradigma Solutions provide an eLearning platform that complements face to face delivery of training. Not all students can attend a classroom environment and eLearning can be a solution for those in regional areas or for those who can not take time off work.

Submission of assessments is conducted via the system and learners have close links to their assigned assessor, if they have any questions or difficulties with the work. This quick feedback from assessor to student is another great feature of the eLearning system.
